Mark Rubenstein
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Rubenstein, a pioneer in the prepaid telecommunications industry, brings to EZRewards, LLC extensive experience in all facets of prepaid telecom and loyalty systems.

He has served as both a consultant and business owner in the prepaid telecom arena since 1995, when he launched Centerpiece Communications, a comprehensive marketing and distribution organization that reached over $15 million in annual sales before being acquired in early 1998 by GTS, a facilities-based prepaid phone card provider. Mr. Rubenstein served as executive vice president for GTS until December 1998, when he left to join Technology Venture Consulting. While there, he provided clients with a broad range of telecommunications and business consulting services, and worked to secure venture capital funding for startup companies. In December 1999, Mr. Rubenstein founded CTW Prepaid, a leading prepaid telecommunications company that services the retail marketplace through a select team of nationwide agents.

Through his work with the retail sector, Mr. Rubenstein recognized that there was a strong need for an affordable, turnkey loyalty solution that could help small to medium-sized retailers drive repeat traffic and increase sales. Determined to fill this marketplace void, he initiated the development of EZRewards™ in 2002
